These simple energy medicine techniques are among those I assign most often to my clients for self-care. Please check back, as I add to this page regularly.
My online Stretch/Body Awareness classes combine stretch and movement techniques with energy medicine principles and exercises for a deeply effective class that supports students physically and energetically. The videos are categorized in three levels of difficulty, with Level 1 for beginners, Level 2 for intermediate, and Level 3 for advanced.
